  • H3927-DEI Elimination Bill for Universities and Agencies: Please contact York County legislators and tell them to pass H3927 to eliminate DEI in South Carolina. This program has not worked, and it is time to scrap these ineffective programs.
    • This is a good bill.
  • H3011-Defines the rights of parents to direct their children’s education, healthcare, and mental health.
    • This is a good bill that should be passed.
  • H3263-South Carolina Physical Privacy Act-aims to protect the privacy of students in public schools and colleges. This bill will keep biological men out of women’s facilities and includes penalties for non-compliance.

  • H3309-South Carolina Energy Bill-We need a good solid energy bill in South Carolina. The demand for energy is growing everyday with the population influx. We need diversified sources including nuclear, natural gas, and coal.
  • S233-Tort Reform for small businesses including restaurants and establishments that will protect our small businesses without raising prices of insurance, food and liquor.
  • H3310-Closed Primaries- This is a real closed primary bill.
    • H 3643 is being pushed by the Swamp as a closed primary bill, but it is not.
  • H3638 (Parental Rights in Medicine) This bill aims to give parents the right to direct their minor (under 18) children’s medical care. No treatments without parental knowledge and approval.
