Honoring the Memory of Those We Lost

Tuesday marked the ten-year anniversary of the horrific attack at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina. As we reflect on that tragedy, I’m proud to share that a resolution I introduced with my colleague Senator Lindsey Graham unanimously passed the U.S. Senate. It honors the memory of those we lost and the incredible strength of their families, their church, and the Charleston community.
